AUTOMATIC COTTON BALL EQUIPMENT

This Equipment is for automatic production of cotton balls in different colours at the same time. It is fed by cotton-wool sliver. The counting of cotton balls is automatic. The only operation required to the worker is the positioning of empty poly-bags at the mouth of the Equipment and the subsequent manual pushing of cotton balls already counted into the poly-bag.

Main Technical Parameters：

A. Power Supply: 380V 50HZ 3ph AC OR 220V/60cy depends on electricity supply

B. 4 pieces of cotton ball friction tracks. Each track has the capacity of 30 balls per

minute.

C. Cotton ball from 0.3 gram per ball to 1.2 gram per ball can be made by changing

the input cotton sliver of different gram weight per meter length.

D. Control Panel is Knob Switches and Pushbuttons in English

E. Final Product: Cotton ball from 0.3 gram per ball to 1.2 gram per ball
